I grew up in Connecticut, never imagining the path life would take me on. Twenty-four years in the Army shaped my character—discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the people who walk through life with you. As a veteran, my service defined a part of me I’ll always carry with pride.

Retiring in 2020 opened a new chapter—one centered around family, creativity, and rediscovering who I was outside the uniform.
How a Simple Christmas Gift Became a New Purpose
My wife—originally from Louisiana—and I built a life filled with love, two amazing kids, and the joy of becoming grandparents. Family has always been my anchor, the reason behind everything I do.

In Christmas of 2023, I decided to make a few handmade coaster sets as gifts. I spent hours shaping the wood, sanding every curve, and making each detail worthy of the people who meant the most to me.

When my family opened those gifts, something clicked.
The joy on their faces. The appreciation for something made by hand. The feeling of giving a piece of myself.

That moment lit a spark I couldn’t ignore.

Crafting coasters became more than a hobby—it became a new mission. A way to blend craftsmanship, creativity, and the same sense of purpose that carried me through my military career.
